Travis Dickey, Sr. developed the original menu in 1941 with beef brisket, pit hams and barbecue beans. The menu has expanded, but holds true to the original Texas-style barbecue. Catering and take-out options are also available and there are three main menu options:

• Kids’ Meals, $3.99
